Every studio knows the moment: one fully black render hiding among dozens of exports — and the client is the one who finds it. A promo video ships with a few uncut black frames mid-timeline; a typo in the subtitles goes out with the film. Fast, reliable transfer doesn't help if the content itself is broken — and eyeballing every frame of tens of gigabytes of deliverables simply doesn't scale.
WringCloud's AI pre-review turns pre-delivery technical QC into a step in the workflow: once your files are in a project, run an AI pre-review on the exports, renders, or films, and a structured report comes back in minutes. Findings are sorted by severity, each with evidence — videos come with screenshots of the problem frames and the exact timestamps, so you can fix issues straight off the list. The AI verdict is advisory only; a human still confirms the final delivery, and your existing review process stays exactly as it is.
What does the AI pre-review check?
It checks for technical defects, not creative merit. Four file types are supported today:
| File type | What gets checked | Points |
|---|---|---|
| Images | Overexposure, underexposure, blur, fully black frames, truncation | 1 point per 2 images |
| Videos | Black frames, mosaic artifacts, subtitle errors — frame-sampled, with screenshots and timestamps for every problem frame | From 1 point; +1 point per extra 10 minutes beyond 10 minutes |
| Audio | Silence, clipping / distortion | From 2 points; +1 point beyond 30 minutes |
| Typos, garbled text, blank pages, blur, out-of-order pages — with page numbers and text excerpts as evidence | 1 point per 10 pages (less than 10 pages counts as 10) |
During the limited-time free event, pre-reviews cost 0 points (a 0-point ledger entry is still recorded for reconciliation). Points are charged per run — re-running a review charges again.
Four steps to QC before delivery
Upload files to a project
Create a project in WringCloud and upload the exports, renders, films, and audio you're about to deliver. Large files are no exception: full speed on LAN direct transfer, encrypted cloud secure relay across networks (billed by download traffic, from ¥1 = 2 GB).
Start the AI pre-review
In the review panel, click "AI pre-review" on a file — 0 points during the limited-time free event. No need to wait around; the structured report is ready in minutes while you keep working.
Read the report and frame evidence
Findings are sorted by severity (fail → warn → pass), each with a plain-language explanation and evidence: videos include problem-frame screenshots with timestamps, images include the problematic crops — fix issues straight off the list.
Human confirms, then deliver
The AI verdict is advisory; a human makes the final call. Fix and re-run the pre-review or go through your normal human review, then generate the delivery link — what ships is the version that passed QC.
The boundaries, stated up front
- It's technical QC, not a creative review. It catches hard defects — black or blurry renders, black frames, subtitle typos. Whether the design looks good is still a human judgment.
- The verdict never gates delivery. The AI pre-review result is advisory only; your existing human review process is unchanged, and a human confirms the final delivery.
- PSD/AI source files aren't supported. AI pre-review covers images, videos, audio, and PDF documents — export source files to JPG/PNG/MP4 first, then run the pre-review on the exports and films.
- Reports and evidence live with the file. Reports and problem-frame evidence attach to the file version, stay viewable while the file exists, and are cleaned up together when the file or version is deleted.
FAQ
Can the AI pre-review replace human review?
No. The AI pre-review screens out technical defects — black frames, blur, truncated renders, subtitle typos — so no one has to eyeball every frame. Creative quality and brand tone still need human judgment. Delivery is always confirmed by a human, and the AI pre-review leaves your existing review process untouched.
Which file formats are supported?
Images, videos, audio, and PDF documents in common formats. PSD/AI design source files can't be reviewed directly — export the renders first, then run the AI pre-review on the exports.
How many points does a pre-review cost?
Images: 1 point per 2 images. Videos: from 1 point, +1 point per extra 10 minutes beyond 10 minutes. Audio: from 2 points, +1 point beyond 30 minutes. PDF: 1 point per 10 pages (less than 10 pages counts as 10). During the limited-time free event it's 0 points. Points are charged per run — re-running a review charges again.
How long are reports and frame evidence kept?
They live with the file: reports and evidence attach to the file version and stay viewable while the file exists; when the file or version is deleted, the report and evidence are cleaned up together.
A pre-delivery technical check takes minutes — far cheaper than rework after the fact. Head back to the WringCloud homepage, create a project, and try it; for billing and boundaries, browse the FAQ first.
