1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WringCloud. Before using WringCloud, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using WringCloud, you agree to accept all of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use WringCloud.

2. Product Description

WringCloud is a large-file delivery platform for businesses and teams, providing one-stop capabilities around the complete delivery chain of "send → collaborate → collect → archive → trace". Its key features include:

• Sending & Delivery: gigabit full-speed LAN direct transfer, plus cross-network end-to-end encrypted secure relay; drag and drop files to generate a pickup link that the recipient can open to receive files — no installation required
• Collaboration & Collection: multi-user Workspace collaboration, member permission management, and unified collection of external pickup links
• Archive & Traceability: long-term retention in My Library, fully traceable transfer records, and integrity verification (SM3 Chinese national standard, with SHA-256 fallback)
• Account & Payment: WeChat/Alipay authorized sign-in and payment

3. License to Use

WringCloud offers both free and paid usage:

• Free usage: LAN direct transfer; up to 2GB per file without signing in, and up to 10GB per file for registered users
• Personal plan: ¥199/year (12 months) — unlimited-size LAN direct transfer, cross-network secure relay (billed by download credits, 1 credit = 1GB of download traffic), offline transfer, 50GB My Library, 5 project Workspaces, and 200 relay credits available during the plan term
• Studio plan: ¥599/year (12 months) — all Personal plan benefits, 150GB My Library, 20 project Workspaces, 10 sub-accounts, review and audit trail export, and 600 relay credits available during the plan term
• Team plan: ¥1299/year (12 months) — all Studio plan benefits, 400GB My Library, unlimited project Workspaces, 50 sub-accounts, Workspace audit logs, and 1,500 relay credits available during the plan term
• Credit pack purchase: ¥1 for 2 credits (1 credit = 1GB of download traffic); valid forever with no limit on usage count, until used up. Applicable to the cross-network secure relay service

Usage restrictions: must not be used for illegal activities or to infringe upon the rights of others.

4. User Responsibilities

When using WringCloud, users shall observe the following responsibilities:

• Lawful use: transfer only lawful files; illegal content must not be transferred
• Network security: ensure a secure network environment; encryption is recommended for sensitive files
• Data backup: back up important data regularly to avoid data loss
• Respect others: do not send malicious files or harassing content to others
• Account security: safeguard your login credentials; do not lend your account to others

5. Disclaimer

Important notice: WringCloud is provided "as is" with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Functionality: no guarantee that WringCloud features will fully meet user needs
• Transfer: cross-network transfer is affected by network conditions; LAN direct transfer is stable and reliable
• Security: although multiple encryption and security verification measures are adopted, absolute security without vulnerabilities is not guaranteed
• Data: no guarantee that user data will never be lost

Assumption of risk: users assume all risks of using WringCloud, and the WringCloud team shall not be liable for any losses.

Exemptions: WringCloud shall not be liable when any of the following causes the service to be unavailable or data to be lost or damaged:

• failures of the user's own software or hardware, such as network, devices, or operating systems;
• improper user operations, or use of the service contrary to these Terms and official guidance;
• force majeure, government actions, carrier network outages, or other situations not attributable to WringCloud's fault.

6. Restrictions

When using WringCloud, users must not:

• Unlawful conduct: use WringCloud for any illegal activities
• Rights infringement: transfer files that infringe others' intellectual property rights
• Malicious attacks: use WringCloud to launch cyberattacks or spread malware
• Commercial fraud: use WringCloud for commercial fraud or scam activities
• Harassment: send harassing, threatening, or inappropriate content to others

7. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property ownership of WringCloud:

• Software products: the WringCloud software products are owned by the WringCloud team
• Brand assets: the WringCloud logo, name, and other brand assets are owned by the WringCloud team
• Documentation: WringCloud documentation, tutorials, and related materials are owned by the WringCloud team
• No reverse engineering: without WringCloud's prior written consent, users must not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, scrape data from, or attempt to obtain the source code of the WringCloud software or website.

8. Paid Services

WringCloud's paid services:

• Payment methods: WeChat Pay and Alipay are supported
• Plan benefits: during the plan term, enjoy cross-network secure relay (billed by download credits), offline transfer, and unlimited-size LAN direct transfer; relay credits are granted annually by tier — 200 for the Personal plan / 600 for the Studio plan / 1,500 for the Team plan (1 credit = 1GB of download traffic) — as the total download credits for the plan term. After the plan expires, remaining plan credits are automatically reset to zero; upon renewal, the new plan cycle grants relay credits for the corresponding tier again
• Credit pack purchase (formerly pay-per-use): ¥1 for 2 credits (1 credit = 1GB of download traffic); valid forever with no limit on usage count, until used up. Applicable to the cross-network secure relay service. Credit packs can be purchased repeatedly from the personal center with no quantity limit, and credits are credited immediately after purchase; during cross-network transfer, plan credits are deducted first and credit packs are deducted automatically for any shortfall; cloud files are retained for 7 days
• Download billing: for the same file, each download deducts download credits from the sender based on file size (the recipient is always free); chunked transfer and resumable transfer within the same download are not billed twice. The platform may grant bonus credits through occasional campaigns
• Service suspension and compensation: WringCloud may suspend part or all of the service due to system maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or other reasons. For planned maintenance, we will announce in advance on the official website; for unplanned interruptions, we will restore service as soon as possible. If plan benefits are affected by a service interruption, you may contact customer service to request discretionary compensation or a plan-term extension.
• Refund policy: credit packs and plans are virtual goods and are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, in cases of platform responsibility — such as prolonged service unavailability caused by technical issues on the platform side — users may submit a refund request via the personal center; once customer service verifies that the platform is responsible, we will refund via the original payment channel within 7 business days

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, it will be resolved as follows:

• Friendly negotiation: disputes are resolved primarily through friendly negotiation
• Customer service mediation: you may reach out for mediation via the online feedback page on the official website (/feedback.html)
• Legal action: for any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of WringCloud services, the parties shall first seek resolution through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court of competent jurisdiction at the location of WringCloud's operating entity (Hangzhou, Zhejiang).

10. Changes to These Terms

The WringCloud team may update these Terms of Service from time to time:

• Change notice: changes to the Terms will be published on the official website, and major changes will be communicated to users
• Effective date: the amended Terms take effect on the date of publication
• User consent: continued use of WringCloud constitutes agreement to the amended Terms

11. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and the WringCloud team
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is held invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining parts
• Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China
• Language: the Chinese version of these Terms shall prevail
