Frequently Asked Questions
Current-plan credits are granted annually with your plan (Personal 200 / Studio 600 / Team 1,500), usable during the plan's validity period and void on expiry — renew or repurchase to receive the tier's allowance again. Permanent credit packs come from the sign-up bonus (2 credits), booster-pack top-ups and campaign compensations; they never expire and are never zeroed out. Downloads deduct current-plan credits first, falling back automatically to permanent credit packs.
Only "downloads" consume credits: receiving downloads via secure relay, delivery-link downloads, project file downloads, etc. (1 credit = 1GB). Uploading files and P2P LAN direct transfer are free. WringCloud promises no speed limits — when credits run out, only downloads are blocked and you are guided to top up.
No. After the trial ends, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan and data is kept read-only for 30 days (you can download and export it during this time); upgrade to any plan during this window to restore full access immediately. After 30 days, data moves to the archive area (soft-deleted, not physically deleted).
Expansion storage is yours permanently and is not zeroed out when your plan expires; however, the Free plan has no library feature, so expansion storage is temporarily unavailable — your data is kept and becomes usable again once you upgrade (it is only deducted back by purchased amount upon refund).
