Disclaimer

1. Service Provided "As Is"

The large-file delivery services provided by WringCloud (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), including point-to-point direct transfer, secure relay, My Library, File Collection, and others, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for use, freedom from errors, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

2. Responsibility for Transmitted Content

You are solely responsible for the source, legality, accuracy, completeness, and ownership rights of all files and content you transmit, store, or deliver through the Platform. You shall ensure that you have lawful rights to the transmitted content and that it does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy, or other lawful rights and interests. All liability arising from transmitted content shall be borne by the user and has nothing to do with the Platform.

You must not use the Platform to transmit content that is prohibited from dissemination by laws and regulations. The Platform has the right to take necessary measures against violating content in cooperation with regulatory requirements and in accordance with the law.

3. Transfer Timeliness and Data Retention

The Platform makes no commitments regarding transfer completion time, download speed, or transfer results. Network conditions, file size, recipient online status, and other factors may all affect delivery progress.

• Secure relay (cross-network relay) files are retained for 7 days by default and automatically deleted upon expiration. Please notify recipients to download them in time;
• Files directly transferred by users who are not logged in are subject to the same retention period;
• My Library data is retained while the service is valid, and is handled according to the rules upon expiration or service termination;
• Please back up your important files on your own. The Platform shall not be liable for data loss caused by overdue cleanup, user mis-deletion, or failure to download in time.

4. Account and Security

You shall properly safeguard your account, password, transfer password, and sharing links, and shall be responsible for all actions taken under your account. Losses caused by your own conduct, such as actively disclosing your password, sending links to the wrong recipients, or having your device compromised, shall be borne by you. If you discover that your account has been stolen, please contact us immediately for handling.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Pages on the Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, which are provided solely for your convenience. The Platform makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the content, privacy policies, or security of third-party websites. Disputes and losses arising from the use of third-party services have nothing to do with the Platform.

6. Force Majeure

Where service interruptions, delays, or data losses are caused by natural disasters, network attacks, telecommunications failures, government actions, changes in laws and regulations, or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable force majeure events, the Platform shall not be liable to the extent permitted by law, but will make every effort to assist in restoring the service and mitigating losses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or losses caused by data loss). The Platform's aggregate liability to any single user shall not exceed the total amount of fees you actually paid for the relevant services during the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damage.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, and interpretation of this Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from the use of the Platform's services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court of competent jurisdiction in the place where the Platform's operator is located.

This Disclaimer, together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Platform. If any provision of this Disclaimer is held to be invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
